Well I am lying in my new bed...of my new flat... on my new duvet. Have to say lovely to have my own space rather scary too as I am now commited to London for a bit. I am living with 2 other kiwi girls...Angela and Sarah. In Brixton (yes it is scary). They are great and we managed to turn a very boys flat into a chick one very fast.
Yesterday was a nightmare no hot water tap...a whole lot of stuff left from the previous flat including porn under the mattresses..stuff was broken blah blah...and it didn't help I had been out to the wee hours and was not that well. Mmmm. A huge crew went out to Soho on Fri night from the agency back home...enough said really. So we had the boys round fixing stuff using screw drivers, lifting etc..I was quite easily settled as I literally had a suitcase, ha sweet.
Today went to St Pauls, amazing the choir was singing as it is sunday and we lit a candle and did the whole thing. Very sweet.
A definate highlight...that and my brand new pretty, pretty dress from New York a friend gave me along with a MOMA journal weee pressies! I would send a pic of me in it but that just went to Mum as it is early in the morning and I have bed hair, a hang over and socks on...not so becoming.
